Geras has been a part of my life for the last three years, they have provided excellent service and care since day one. Everyone I have spoken to at their office has always been friendly and courteous and more than eager to assist me with whatever may need to be addressed. In three years, I have not had any bad experiences and not even a problem to speak of with this company. Every Christmas, they send a nice gift to their clients with a note so you do not just feel like a number. When I am hospitalized, my case manager, Dominque, always checks in with me and even mails a handwritten "get well" note welcoming me home. It is this personal touch that makes Geras standout from the others in this field. When you are vulnerable and struggling due to chronic illness you want to know that the persons caring for you, know you and support you and you can depend on their expertise and guidance.
